Budget

The Budget dashboard shows budgeted amounts versus actual spend on energy costs for a site.

Select a site, a square feet or square meter area range, and click the filter button to select start and end date for the period whose budget you want to view.

The start and end dates must align with a fiscal period defined for the site. If you select a date range that does not align with a fiscal period, a message appears to indicate this.

The following information displays on the dashboard:

• Type: The energy type the budget is for (HVAC, electric, and so on)

• Fiscal period: The defined fiscal period for the site

The energy types used at the site show the budgeted amount for the fiscal period, the actual spend, the budget/actual comparison, and last year's actual spend.
